Wine Club

By clicking on the Wine Club Membership Application you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them:

I understand that my shipment will automatically be billed to my credit card listed above approximately one week prior to shipment and that I may cancel my membership at any time after the 2nd paid shipment. Waived charges and discounts applied at signup may be subject to a retroactive charge if the cancellation is made prior to the 2nd paid shipment. Cancellations must be prior to the billing of the next scheduled shipment. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. I certify that I am at least 21 years old and the person to whom the wines are delivered will be at least 21 years old. I understand that alcoholic beverages require an adult signature at delivery and the signee must be at least 21 years old. I agree to notify Fallbrook Winery immediately of any address changes and that I am responsible for additional charges incurred due to errors in information. I am responsible for notifying Fallbrook Winery if weather conditions in my area are not suitable for wine shipping. I am responsible for reviewing/editing the selection by the club processing date. Limited production wines from the club selection will be held for pickup three months maximum.
