Wine Club

By clicking on the Wine Club Membership Application you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them:

You understand that your shipment will automatically be billed to your credit card prior to being shipped and that you may cancel your membership at any time after the second club package (quarterly or annual club run; excludes additional purchases) shipment. Cancellations must be prior to the billing of the next scheduled shipment. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. You certify that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom the wines are delivered will be at least 21 years old. You understand that alcoholic beverages require an adult signature at delivery and the signee must be at least 21 years old. I agree to notify Fallbrook Winery immediately of any address changes and that I am responsible for additional charges incurred due to errors in information. I am responsible for notifying Fallbrook Winery in case of weather conditions in my area are not suitable for wine shipping. I am responsible for reviewing/editing the selection by the club processing date. Limited production wines from the club selection will be held for pickup three months maximum.
