Vineyard: The Fallbrook Winery California appellation wines are blended with our estate grown grapes. The vineyards are ideal for producing Sauvignon Blanc with crisp mineral flavors with hints of melon.The grapes were handpicked starting in the early morning hours of August 2023 to maintain cool temperatures in the fruit and then hand-sorted before being gently destemmed.

Fermentation: 66% stainless steel fermentation at cool temperatures to ensure a rich, fruit varietal character. 33% neutral French oak barrel fermentation for rounder mouth feel.

Tasting Notes: Produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine has intense grapefruit and tropical fruit aromatics. The wine exhibits a balanced richness in the mid palate from the aging in neutral oak barrels. The combination of the oak and stainless steel fermentation enhances the rich body and crisp citrus finish.
