Vineyard: The Fallbrook Chardonnay is sourced from the finest vineyards throughout California with each adding a unique flavor into the overall taste profile. With warm days and cool nights, the Chardonnay was able to maintain ideal acidity.

Fermentation: The grapes for our 2023 Chardonnay were selectively harvested in the early hours before undergoing a cold fermentation. 90% stainless steel fermentation with 10% fermented in an oak barrel.

Tasting Notes: Our 2023 Fallbrook Chardonnay opens with captivating aromas of ripe apple complemented by a hint of vanilla. Brilliant flavors of pear and apple pie create a pleasing crisp acidity and balanced palate. The finish allows the wine to pair perfectly with seafood and sushi.
