2010 33 Degree North Malbec
This 100 percent, estate-grown Malbec came from hand picked grapes that were placed in small fermentation bins for 12 days at cool temperatures to ensure a rich, fruity varietal character. It possesses a dark, rich color with expressions of ripe blackberries, red currants with aromas that carry well into the mid palate. The wine finishes light with soft tannin tones, and is a great food pairing wine, especially with tomato based dishes.
