Fermentation: 100% small bin fermentation.
Aging: 24 months in French and American 59 gallon oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Providence Vineyard located in the heart of the Temecula Valley. The wine has a deep garnet color with aromas and flavors of blackberries and cassis with hints of cedar and spice.
