2009 33 Degree North Cabernet Sauvignon - Clone 4
We are Sold Out.
This 100 percent, estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon came from hand-picked grapes that were harvested on September 9, 2007. They were placed in small fermentation bins and manually punched down every four hours for 10 days to achieve optimal color extraction and intense fruit flavors. This wine has intense aromatics featuring black cherry, cassis and plum with overtones of smoke, vanilla and licorice. it possesses a tightly-structured characteristic but with firm, yet subtle, tannins. It's delicious now, but will certainly benefit from additional aging. There were only 25 cases bottled, so get yours today!
